A COERÊNCIA DA TEORIA DA JUSTIÇA

The main aim of this paper is to defend the coherence of the John Rawls's theory of justice as fairness as presented in A Theory of Justice and Political Liberalism. The political conception of justice, that is based on the principle of toleration and encourage the social stability, is best understood in proximity with the Kantian practical philosophy, and the "political" is understood as a pure practical power, independent from the pure theoretical reason, that reconciles doctrinal and constitutive autonomy and refute the rational intuitionism.
