A imagem cinematográfica. Sobre 'O Eclipse', de Antonioni

This article examines the idea of ​​the cinematic image from Antonioni, through Hitchcock and others, critically combining it with the modern notion of Representation (Vorstellung) as it appears in Kant and German philosophy. The intention is not so much to propose a philosophical reduction of cinema as to offer an exploration of the conceptual categories latent in an art that presents itself and organizes itself as a language.
