As fontes do si-mesmo na hermenêutica de Ricoeur

O presente trabalho compõe uma pesquisa maior sobre o estatuto da noção de si-mesmo na obra de Paul Ricoeur. Neste artigo investigamos o “lugar” da noção de subjetividade e suas ligações com às noções de identidade e de permanência no tempo, procurando perscrutar certas articulações que a noção ganha e as filiações teóricas que tornam possíveis essas articulações. A intenção é mostrar que, apesar de engenhosa, a noção ricoeuriana de si-mesmo não deixa de gerar certos impasses. Pretende-se, então, oferecer uma possibilidade de fazer avançar esses impasses através de uma hipótese interpretativa que vincula a hermenêutica do si à uma determinada concepção de vontade na obra do filosofo.This work is part of a larger research on the status of the notion of the subject in Paul Ricoeur’s work. In this paper we investigate the place of the concept of subjectivity linked to the concepts of identity and permanence in time, looking for certain joints that this notion gains and its theoretical affiliations that make possible these joints. The intention is to show that despite its inventiveness, Ricouer’s concept of oneself still generates certain stalemates. This paper aims to discuss these stalemates insofar as we are able to offer a interpretative hypothesis linking the hermeneutics of the self to a particular concept of will on the philosopher’s work.
