DIREITOS, BEM COMUM E FLORESCIMENTO HUMANO

This article intends to develop a critical approach to the idea of “rights”, showing that, in its origins, this same idea was intimately attached to the idea of community, of common good. In this sense, it is my aim to criticize the way that the relation between “rights” and “common good” has been treated in the recent political debate.
