Do conceito de inoperosidade no recente vulto de Giorgio Agamben

This work aims to examine the concept of inoperosità proposed by GiorgioAgamben – in the last phases of his project entitled Homo Sacer – and pointed as a possiblevehicle of evasion of the diagnosis of sovereign power and bare life’s hypertrophy.Proceeding to the reading and analysis of Il regno e la gloria, published in 2007, and Nudità,published in 2009, the text that follows might not only reclaim the genesis of the conceptbut it might also try to demonstrate how the concept arises to those that dedicate themselvesto the task of thinking contemporary politics, without leaving behind the questionabout its pervasion force. In this context it is also important to investigate how the notionof inoperosity may be conceptually absorbed as well as to study the appropriated waysto disarticulate the dispositives of power – which are operative principles both to therelation between law and violence, as the relation between culture and knowledge.
