This paper proposes a reflection about the relationship between philosophy and ethical normativity in the contemporaneity and aims to consider certain assumptions mobilized by the philosophies of Nietzsche and the early Wittgenstein. This approach is justified for several reasons, but two of them will become more emphasis here. At first, the importance of the critic from traditional assumptions about the philosophical discourse concerning moral and ethical issues made by both authors. Secondly, the rejection of both in defining the question of ethical normativity only as a conceptual reflection, as from their analysis about the linguistic practice of philosophy.
