Há ainda alguma relevância à arqueologia? Considerações entre história dos discursos de verdade e de poder

I try to rehearse an interpretation of the role of the characterization of history made by Foucaultian archeology, in terms of a history of discursive practices ruled by their discursive formations. My hypothesis is that, in L'archéologie du savoir, Foucault introduces a concept – 'discursive practice' – whose pragmatic use during the book allows both its archaeological analysis in historical terms and its reading in critical terms, such that form a whole unique to Foucaultian investigations.
