Micropaleontología: ¿"Realismo versus constructivismo" o "realismo y constructivismo"?

Micropaleontology is a recent specialization of paleontology, whose object of study is microfossils. The bibliography related to its philosophical and epistemological aspects is practically non-existent. But this does not mean that such aspects and the problems that arise from them do not exist. For this reason, this paper offers a first approach to these issues. It will be seen how the body of knowledge and the methodology of micropaleontology is related to the debate that revolves around two well-opposed philosophical currents, constructivism and realism.
