Para que filosofia? E alguns impasses no processo de ensino de filosofia.

RESUMO O presente artigo discorre sobre a questão: “para que filosofia?” e sobre os impasses encontrados pelos professores de filosofia no ensino de disciplinas filosóficas para cursos de outras áreas. Reflete sobre a filosofia como sintoma e remédio, as dificuldades junto às instituições de ensino e seus diversos atores, bem como sobre impasses na relação professor-aluno em sala-de-aula. Sugere, no decorrer do texto, algumas alternativas metodológicas para o processo de ensino de disciplinas filosóficas.  Palavras-chave: Educação; ensino de filosofia.  ABSTRACT The paper is concerned with the question: "What is philosophy good for?", and with the difficulties related to the teaching of philosophyto other branches of knowledge. A critial thought is taken over the role of philosophy as symptom and medicine, the difficulties with the learning institutions and its several characters, and with the relation student-teacher in the process of learning. It is suggested, throughout the paper, some methodological alternatives to the learning process of philosophical subjects.  Keywords: Education; teaching of philosophy.
