Tristes de Ovídio: gênero, amor e lamento na poética do exílio

Resumo: Em 8 d.C., Ovídio (43 a.C. - 17 ou 18 d.C.) foi condenado por Augusto ao exílio e, por isso, ele compõe elegias que são, segundo o poeta, similares à sua situação. Levando em conta a existência marcante da matéria erótica em Ovídio, este artigo pretende analisar a presença da temática amorosa nas elegias do exílio por meio de alusões à Arte de Amar, especialmente em Tr. II, que também podem ser encontradas em outras elegias que compõem os cinco livros dos Tristes. Palavras-chave: Ovídio; Tristes; Exílio; A Arte de Amar; Autobiografia; Lamento. Ovid’s Sorrows: gender, love and lament in the poetics of exile Abstract: In 8 AD Ovid was sentenced by Augustus to exile and therefore he composes elegies that are, according to the poet, similar to his situation. Considering the preeminent existence of the erotic poetic matter in Ovid, this study intends to analyze the presence of the amatory elegy in the exile’s elegy through the allusions to The Art of Love, especially on Tr.
