Las críticas de Kant al modelo teórico del estado westfaliano

In this article I defend the thesis that Kant’s critique of the theoretical framework supporting the modern Westphalian state consists in showing the connection between the illegitimacy of decisionism and the conceptual flaws of juridical positivism. To dothis, I propose a structure of Kant’s general argument against the Modern rational natural law theories of the Grotian-Hobbesian tradition that is extracted from Kant’s political writings from the 1790’s decade.
