LIBERALISMO POLÍTICO IGUALITÁRIO

This work present and discuss some aspects of the Egalitarian Liberalism. After to present some essential aspects of it in John Rawls’ philosophy and the left-wing criticism done, we show that the true first principle of justice as fairness in Rawls is not the equal liberty principle, and we show between two interpretations of difference principle, a lax and a strict reading of it, only the second is compatible with Rawls’ liberalism.
