Norberto Bobbio, um iconoclasta moderado: um pequeno mergulho no mundo historiográfico dos conceitos e ideologias jurídicas modernas

The objective of this article is to present a face of Bobbio that is little recognized among jurists, that is, the approach, or a rich contribution to it, provided by the incursions into the universe of the history of modern legal concepts and ideologies, denoting a more iconoclastic image of the author, but at the same time we will sketch an image of an ardent defender of rights. We will employ a bibliographic methodology of analysis and discussion of texts guided by the demonstration of possible contributions to the study of the historical character of modern   legal concepts that the author allows from the development of some works. The importance of this debate can be highlighted by the contribution that Bobbio offers to a better understanding of the historical and contextual production of concepts dear to what is convencionally called "legal positivism", without ignoring how he can be considered a defender of modern rights without losing sight of his historical productions.
