Through this, Ho Chi Minh laid the foundation for an independent, self-reliant, peaceful, and humanitarian foreign policy. In the context of globalization and deep international integration, as Vietnam enters a new era of national development, the application of Ho Chi Minh’s diplomatic method holds significant strategic relevance.
