SOBRE A SERVIDÃO DO PENSAR: Uma leitura – com Nietzsche (e Schopenhauer) – das Diretrizes Curriculares de Filosofia

This writing is a philosophical-educational work that aims to contribute to the sustaining of a provocation to reflection about the Brazilian regulation for graduation in philosophy–especially in relation to the training of philosophy teachers–by a revisitation and exploration of the essay Schopenhauer as Educator, by F. Nietzsche. The study undertaken starts from the young Nietzsche's criticism of educational institutions and the teaching of philosophy, to then promote a reading of the institutional documents that establish the Curricular Guidelines for Philosophy Courses. This reading points out that a main concern, with legal control over what to teach and how the teaching of philosophy should be makes secondary to any adequate concern with supporting the best and free thinking–for Nietzsche, the very reason for being of culture, of philosophy and education.
