Sobre o conceito de Crítica da política no Jovem Karl Marx

It is tried to demonstrate that the studies and writings developed by Karl Marx between 1843-1845 - those of the critic of the philosophy of the Right and the State of Hegel - behave a concept of Critique of the politics that responds to a historical necessity of updating the nexus between purpose ethical practice, and the adequate form of socio-political knowledge, in the form of a renewed reflection appropriate to present praxis. This critical movement of Marx is synthesized in opposition to the (speculative) formality and to the forms of consciousness or to the "general spirit" of the Hegelian philosophy of law and state which, for him, express and guide modern praxis by reversing it or distorting their real relations of determination - especially those referring to the binomial "Civil society-State". As a "counterproposal" to speculative formality, it uses a reflexive theoretical-practical movement of an antispeculative character, represented by an immediate knowledge whose most important determination lies in the valorization of the ethical-practical aim of socio-political knowledge, which aims to reverse a certain situation of the politician's estrangement, that is, that he undertakes an emancipatory movement.
